Valsts vides aizsardzības institūciju attīstība Latvijā: Lielrīgas reģionālā vides pārvalde kā piemērs

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autore ir pētījusi valsts vides aizsardzības institūciju attīstību Latvijā. Apkopotas konceptuālās nostādnes par institūcijām, pārvaldi, pārvaldību un to pētīšanas pieredzi ģeogrāfijā. Apskatīta Latvijas vides aizsardzības institūciju attīstības vēsture un to administratīvo un teritoriālo struktūru pārmaiņas Latvijā. Analizēta Lielrīgas RVP struktūra un funkcijas, to īstenošana, kā arī aprakstīts konkrētas vides problēmas risinājuma gadījums no institūciju iesaistīšanās skatu punkta. Darba rezultātu var izmantot kā pamatu detalizētākas un padziļinātākas izpētes veikšanai par valsts vides aizsardzības institūciju attīstību Latvijā.

The author has studied development of the state environmental institutions in Latvia. The paper summarizes the conceptual framework of institutions, governance and envirenmental management in geography. It includes the Latvian environmental institutional history as wel as provide the overview of the territorial structure changes in Latvia. There are the structure and functions of Lielriga Regional Environmental Board, their realization and also the description of a particular environmental problem solving from the point of view of institutional management. The results can be used as a basis for more detailed and deeper study for state protection of environmental institution the development in Latvia.
