Abstract

Šī maģistra darba tēma ir „Rīgas teritorijas plānojuma atļautās iedzīvotāju skaita ietilpības novērtējums: Bieriņu, Čiekurkalna un Pļavnieku piemēri”. Pielietojot izstrādāto aprēķinu veikšanas metodiku, darbs tiecas novērtēt atļauto iedzīvotāju skaita ietilpību visas Rīgas un tās apkaimju ietvaros, kā arī skaidrot iemeslus, kas nosaka šādus iegūtos rezultātus. Šajā pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti sīkāk tiek aplūkoti un analizēti Bieriņu, Čieurkalna un Pļavnieku piemērā. Iegūtie atļautās iedzīvotāju skaita ietilpības rezultāti, salīdzinot tos ar pilsētā esošo iedzīvotāju skatu, reprezentē pilsētvidē pastāvošos teritoriālos resursus, kā arī ļauj izvērtēt pašu pētījuma aprēķinu veikšanas metodiku un sniegt ieteikumus tās pilnveidošanai.

The theme of this Master’s thesis is “Evaluation of the capacity of inhabitants foreseen by Riga spatial plan: the cases of Bieriņi, Čiekurkalns and Pļavnieki neighbourhoods”. The goal of this research paper is to estimate the capacity of inhabitants in Riga and its neighbourhoods, by applying the calculation methodology developed by the author of this thesis, and to clarify the reasons behind these findings. This research paper describes and analysis in detail the examples of Bieriņi, Čiekurkalns and Pļavnieki neighbourhoods. The estimated capacity of inhabitants, compared to the actual number of inhabitants, describes the city’s existing territorial resources, as well as allows evaluating the calculation methodology and indicates how this methodology could be improved.
