Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Noras Ikstenas biogrāfiskās prozas principi” mērķis ir izpētīt, kādus biogrāfiskās prozas principus izmanto rakstniece N. Ikstena, rakstot biogrāfiskās literatūras darbus, un kā šie principi realizējas viņas darbos. Pētījuma centrā ir rakstnieces N. Ikstenas (1969) individuālās biogrāfiskās rakstības manieres izpēte. Par portretējamajiem objektiem rakstniece izvēlas 20. gs. otrās puses latviešu rakstnieku personības. Galvenais aspekts mākslinieka personības atklāsmē Norai Ikstenai ir daiļrades process. N. Ikstena meklē jaunus izpausmes veidus žanra aspektā, kas formāli realizējas teksta uzbūves principos. Autores klātbūtne jūtama visos viņas biogrāfisko darbu līmeņos – portretējamo objektu izvēlē, dokumentu atlasē, žanra izpausmēs, teksta uzbūvē, kā arī valodā.

The purpose of Bachelor thesis ‘Nora Ikstena`s Principles of Biographical Prose’ is to explore the principles used in biographical prose by writer N. Ikstena and how these principles are realized in her works.The focus of the research is N. Ikstena’s (1969) individual style of writing biographical prose. The writer chooses personalities of 20th century Latvian writers as her portrayed objects. A key aspect of the revelation of artist's personality is Nora Ikstena’s creative process. N. Ikstena looks for new ways of expression for the genre that are realized by the design principles of the text. The author's presence can be felt at all levels of her biographical prose – the choice of portrayed objects, the selection of documents, expression of genre, text structure and language.
