| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbs „Verba konstrukcijas Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary vārdnīcā” aplūko verba konstrukciju svarīgākās izmaiņas laika gaitā. Pirmā nodaļa sniedz ieskatu mācību vārdnīcās un Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary, norādot uz galvenajām iezīmēm, kuras raksturo mācību vārdnīcas, kā arī pievēršas verba konstrukciju izcelsmei un hronoloģiskajai attīstībai. Otrā nodaļa, savukārt, sniedz ieskatu OALD mirkostruktūrā . Tā aplūko gramatiskos kodus un gramatiskās informācijas atspoguļojumu mācību vārdnīcās. Darba mērķis ir ar verba konstrukciju salīdzinošas analīzes palīdzību uzzināt galvenās gramatisko kodu izmaiņas un uzlabojumus divos OALD izdevumos. Ar salīdzinošas analīzes palīdzību darba autore norāda uz svarīgākajām izmaiņām verbu konstrukciju sistēmas izstrādāšanā un attēlošanā. Analīze ļauj secināt, ka verba konstrukciju atspoguļojums laika gaitā ir ieguvis vienkāršāku, skaidrāku, un precīzāku formu. | dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor thesis “Verb Patterns in Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary” deals with the basic changes which verb patterns have undergone in the length of time. Chapter I gives an insight into learner’s dictionaries, specifying the most characteristic features and indicates at the origins of the genre. It investigates the origin of the verb pattern system and its chronological development. Chapter II deals with the microstructure of Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary. It also discusses grammar codes and the representation of grammatical information in learner’s dictionaries. The purpose of the work is to find out the main changes and improvements of verb patterns by means of analyzing and comparing them in two editions of Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary. On the basis of the empirical study the author comes to a conclusion that representation of grammar codes has moved towards more transparent, self-explanatory and accurate form.
