Bērnu veselības uzturēšana patversmēs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Bērnu veselības uzturēšana patversmēs. Darba mērķis ir aprakstīt un analizēt veselības uzturēšanu bērnu patversmē. Darba hipotēze - bērnu veselība bērnu namos ir proporcionāla sociālā un citu veselības risku parametriem. Pamatojoties uz medicīnas dokumentācijas datiem, tika veikta bērnu namu bērnu fiziskās veselības stāvokļa analīze. Pētījumā analizēta bērnu saslimstība bērnu namos un noteiktas visbiežāk sastopamās slimības (akūtās un hroniskās) un bērnu saslimstības cēloņi. Darbā izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode – novērošanas protokols. Mērķa un hipotēzes apstiprināšanai tika analizēti 64 bērnu medicīniskā dokumentācija, kuri pētījuma laikā atrodas trijos bērnu namos. Praktiskajā daļa uzrādīti pētījuma rezultāti, kas attēloti diagrammās un rezultātu analīzē. Darbā tika izmantoti 43 literatūras avoti. Iegūtie dati apstrādāti Microsoft Excel programmā. Atslēgas vardi: bērni, veselība, saslimstība, cēloņi.

The theme of the bachelor paper is the support of the Children's health in the orphanage. The goal is to describe and analyze the health maintenance of children's in the shelter. Working hypothesis - the health of children in orphanages is proportional to the social and other health risk parameters. Based on medical records data, was the orphanage children's physical health status analysis. The study analyzes the incidence of children in orphanages and identifies the most common diseases (acute and chronic) and children's causes of morbidity. The paper used a qualitative research method for the observation protocol. The purpose and hypotheses validation were analyzed 64 medical records of children who study at the time located in three orphanages. Translational part of the presentation of study results, shown in the diagrams and the results of the analysis. The paper was used for 43 sources. The data obtained Microsoft Excel program.
