Veselīga uztura skola Latvijā un māsas loma tajā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā aprakstīts pētījums par veselīga uztura skolu Latvijā un māsas lomu tajā. Darba mērķis: apkopot un analizēt iedzīvotāju viedokli par savas veselības izvērtējumu saistībā ar veselīga uztura skolu Latvijā un māsas lomu tajā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, septiņām daļām, pētījuma analīzes un diskusijas, secinājumiem, ieteikumiem, literatūras un avotu saraksta no trīsdesmit sešām vienībām. Pirmajā nodaļā analizēta Virdžīnijas Hendersones māszinību teorija, pamatota pamatvajadzībās, saistībā ar uztura tendencēm. Otrajā nodaļā apskatīta tēma par veselīga uztura vietu sabiedrības veselības veicināšanā un saglabāšanā. Trešā nodaļa ir esošas situācijas apraksts, saistībā ar veselīga uztura skolu Latvijā. Ceturtajā nodaļā aprakstīta jēdziena – „veselīgs uzturs” nozīme: vispārīgs uztura apskats no fizioloģijas viedokļa; tiek pārlūkota uztura piramīda un speciālistu ieteikumi uztura izvēlē; kā arī aprakstīta ūdens uzņemšanas fizioloģiskā nozīme. Piektajā nodaļā tiek analizēti literatūras avoti par māsas lomu klientu izglītošanā veselīga uztura jautājumos. Pārējās darba nodaļas saistītas ar pētījuma rezultātiem, to analīzi un pētījuma diskusiju. Pētījuma laikā apstiprinājās hipotēze: Jo vairāk iedzīvotājiem būtu pieejamās informācijas no māsas par veselīga uztura skolu, jo vairāk viņi apmeklētu to, sevišķi tie iedzīvotāji, kuri izprot saistību starp personīgu veselību un veselīgu uzturu. Darba beigās sniegti secinājumi un ieteikumi. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode – strukturēta anketa. Daba apjoms ir 42 lapaspuses un viens pielikums. Bachelor work describes a study on healthy eating school in Latvia and the nurse’s role in it. The main target: to gather and analyze public opinion about their health assessment in relation with healthy eating school in Latvia and the nurse’s role in it. It consists of an introduction, seven parts, the studies analysis and discussion, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and source list of thirty-six units. The amount of work is 42 pages and two annexes. The first chapter analyzes the nursing theory of Virginia Henderson founded the basic needs of food trends. The second chapter deals with the theme of healthy eating place public health in the promotion and preservation .Third chapter is a description of the situation, in conjunction with a healthy Nutrition Schools in Latvia. Fourth chapter describes the concept -‘healthy diet” .A general overview of the nutritional physiology standpoint, the food pyramid, and browse through the expert advice of food selection and describe the water physiological significance in the human body. The fifth chapter analyzes the literature of nurse’s role in client healthy eating education. The other chapters of work related to the research results of the analysis and discussion of the study. During the study confirmed the hypothesis: If the people will have more information about healthy eating school from nurse, then they will visit these schools more often, especially the people who understand the relationship between personal health and healthy diets. At the end of the research conclusions and recommendations are given. In this research a quantitative research method - the structured questionnaire was used.
