Datortomogrāfijas protokolu pielietojums nieru patoloģiju diagnostikā radiogrāfijas praksē

Abstract

Datortomogrāfija tagad ir plaši pieejama diagnostiskās radioloģijas metode.Sakarā ar spirāles un daudzslāņu CT ieviešanuklīniskā praksē, pacienta izmeklēšanas taktikā ir pavērušās daudz jaunas svarīgas izmaiņas.Ir vienmēr jāatceras, ka CT ir dārgs izmeklējums ar salīdzinoši lielu jonizējošā starojuma dozu. Optimizējot un standartizējot datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumus, var izvairīties no atkārtota izmeklējuma veikšanas, pasargāt pacientu no papildus jonizējošā starojuma devas saņemšanas un padarīt iespējami efektīvāku radioloģisko diagnostiku, samazināt izdevumus par atkārtotu izmeklēšanas veikšanu. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot radiogrāfijas speciālistu viedokli par dažādu datortomogrāfijas protokolu pielietojumu nieru patoloģiju diagnostikā Lai sasniegtu mērķi darba autore izvirza vairākus uzdevumus, tiek analizēta literatūra par nieru patoloģijām, izstrādāta anketa radiogrāferiem par protokolu pielietojumu pie nieru patoloģijām. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmā daļa ir teorētiska. Darbā tiek izmantoti 18 bibliogrāfiski izdevumi. Darbam ir izstrādāti un pievienoti protokoli DT izmeklējumiem pie nierakmeņu slimībām, nieru traumām, pie nieru iekaisumiem, pie nieru abscesiem un nieru veidojumiem. Otrā ir pētniecības daļa. Anketēšanas dati (70 respondenti) ir apkopoti un to rezultāti tika analizēti un attēloti grafiski. Darba nobeigumā darba autors izdara secinājumus par veikto pētījumu. Pielikumā ievietota anketa. Darbs var būt noderīgs radiogrāfijas speciālistem, kas patstāvīgi strādā ar datortomogrāfijas aparatūru nieru patoloģiju gadījumā.

Computed tomography is widely available method in radiology of diagnostics. Therefore, there are many new changes in the tactics of patient`s investigation. It is also important that computed tomography (CT) is a costly medical examination with a relatively large amount of ionizing radiation. Optimisation and standardization of CT scans helps to prevent re – examination that is already carried out and protects a patient from additional ionizing radiation dose and allows to possibly bring forward the most effective radiological diagnosis and reduces the costs of re – investigations. The aim of this paper is to find out the opinions of experts on the use of different CT protocols in diagnostics of renal pathologies. To achieve the goal of this paper, the author also raises a number of tasks, analyzes the literature about renal pathologies and also drafts questionnaire for radiographers about the use of different CT protocols in diagnostics of renal pathologies. The paper consists of two parts. The first part of bachelor paper is theoretical one. There are 18 bibliographic units used while working on this degree paper. CT examination protocols on kidney stone disease, renal injury, inflammations of the kidneys, the renal abscessses and renal lesions are also added and described. The second part of bachelor consists of research. The questionnaire data (70 respondents) is summarized and the results are analyzed and displayed graphically. In the summary an author draws the conclusions and results of the research. The questionnaire is also added to an annex of bachelor paper. This paper might be useful for specialists of radiography who changelessly work with CT apparatus in the cases of renal pathologies. Keywords: protocol, phase, computed tomography, renal pathologies
