| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādi H1-antihistamīna preparāti ir vislabāk pazīstami un tiek visvairāk pirkti aptiekās. Pētījumā tika aptaujāti 100 pacienti un analizēti lieltirgotavas MagnumMedical H1-antihistamīna preparātu tirdzniecības apjomi. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka vislielākais H1-antihistamīna preparātu patēriņš ir pirmās paaudzes preparātiem Tavegyl (klemastīns) un Suprastin (hloropiramīns), jo to iegādei nav nepieciešamas receptes, tie ir salīdzinoši lēti un ir bijuši pieejami aptiekās ilgi pirms otrās un trešās paaudze medikamentu parādīšanās aptiekās. Secinājums ir, ka, neskatoties uz zemāku efektivitāti, pirmās paaudzes H1-antihistamīna preparāti.ir populārāki nekā efektīvākie otrās un trešās paaudzes H1-antihistamīna preparāti.

| dc.description.abstract | The goal of master thesis was to clarify the most popular H1-antihistamine drugs by questioning of 100 patients in pharmacies and by analyzing the H1-antihistamine drug dispensing via MagnumMedical sell net. Although in general second and third generation drugs are more effective as first generation, the obtained data show that the most often patients buy first generation H1-antihistamine drugs Tavegyl (clemastine) and Suprastin (chloropiramine). These are non-prescription drugs and more or less cheap. Also, the first generation drugs are traditionally better known in the population. Conclusion is that the first generation H1-antihistamine drugs are more popular as second and third generation ones.
