Attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori aknu datotomogrāfijas izmeklējumos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs. „Attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori aknu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumos”, Rīga, Latvijas Universitāte, 2012. – 49 lpp. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt aknu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošo faktoru analīzi. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par attēla kvalitāti ietekmējošiem faktoriem un audu kontrastvielas krāšanas īpatnībām. 2.Veikt retrospektīvu aknu izmeklējumu attēlu kvalitātes pētījumu, analizējot: –kontrastvielas ievades kavējuma laika koordinēšanas saistību ar attēla kvalitāti aknu izmeklējumos; –kontrastvielas ievades ātrumu saistībā ar attēla kvalitāti; –iekārtas tehniskos parametrus saistībā ar attēla kvalitāti. 3.Pamatojoties uz iegūto informāciju, izstrādāt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 4. nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti datortomogrāfijas skenēšanas principi un attēlu veidošanas tehnika.Otrajā nodaļā tiek izzināti datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma riska faktori, ietverot bioloģisko risku un pacienta devas efektivitāti.Trešajā nodaļā tiek norādītas aknu diagnostikas attēlu veidošanas pamatnostādnes, sīkāk izklāstot kontrastējuma ietekmi uz attēlu veidošanos un MDDT lomu aknu audzēju diagnostikā un ārstēšanā. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā tiek analizēti attēlu kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori veicot aknu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumus ar i/v kontrastvielas ievadi. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā ir apkopoti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi, balstoties uz iegūtajiem pētījuma rezultātiem. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 49 lpp., tas satur 26 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 4 pielikumus un 25 literatūras avotus.

Silvija Preinberga. Bachelor work. „Factors influencing quality of images in computed tomography of liver”, Riga, Latvian University, 2012. – 49 pages. The aim of work is to analyse factors wich influence the quality of computed tomography (CT) images in investigation of liver. To achieve the aim such objectives were set up: 1.Investigate and analyse literature about factors which influence the quality of images in CT scanning of liver and behaviour of contrast medium in liver parenhyma. 2.Retropectivly analyse the quality of images according different technical parametres applyed during CT scanning and contrast medium: –Coordination of scan delay and it correlation with quality of images of liver parenchyma; –Speed of contrast input in correlation with quality of images; –Influence of technical parametres on quality of images. 3.Work out conclusions and suggestions based on the information of inverstigation. Bachelor’s work consists of 4 chapters. First of all the description of principes of CT technology is given in first chapter followe by analyses of risk factors during scannig - biological risk factors and dose effectiveness. The thrid chapter encompasses the description of role of contrastmedium during CT scanning of liver, it’s uptake in parenchyma of liver and the features radiographer has to take in account in scanning with multislice in diagnostics of leasons in liver. The results and analyses of results of investigation are described in a special part of the work, analysing the factors which influenced quality of liver images in 50 examinations performed this year. At the end the conclusions and suggestions have been worked out. Bachelor’s work consists of 49 pages., 26 images, 5 tables, 4 annexes and 25 sources of literature.
