Jauna tipa pārsēju izvērtējums brūču dzīšanā pēc sirds operācijas augsta riska pacientiem.

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Pārsēju izvērtējums brūču dzīšanā augsta riska pacientiem” izstrādāts LU Medicīnas fakultātes Veselības zinātņu bakalaura studiju programmas ietvaros. Pētījums balstās uz zinātniskās literatūras analīzi un brūču dzīšanas novērojuma protokola iegūtajiem datiem. Kā teorētisks pamats izmantota B.Ņūmenas veselības aprūpes sistēmas teorija. Veicot pētījumu autores mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai nanokristālu sudraba pārsējs veicina ātrāku primāru pēcoperācijas brūču dzīšanu, un vai tas ir ekonomiski izdevīgs. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantota salīdzinoša divu grupu novērošanas metode, kvalitatīvās pētniecības elementi. Kā novērošanas metodes instruments izstrādāts novērošanas protokols, kurā tiek fiksēta informācija par brūces dzīšanas procesu. Analizējot pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, autore secina, ka nanokristālu sudraba pārsējs veicina ātrāku dzīšanu un ir ekonomiski izdevīgāks par klīnikā pielietoto standarterapijas metodi.

Bachelor’s work “Appreciation of new type dressing in wound healing in particularly high risk patients” is developed in Medicine Faculty of LU in Bachelor study program of Health science. The study is based on analyses of scientific literature and data of wound healing observations protocol. As a theoretical background is used B.Neuman health care system’s theory. During this study purpose of authoress is clarify whether silver dressing of nanocristal accelerates healing process of primal postoperative wounds and whether it is economical profitable. There is used observation method in two groups and elements of qualitative investigations. As an observation’s methods instrument was developed fixating observation’s protocol in which information about healing process is done. Authoress concludes that nanocristal’s silver dressing promotes expeditious healing and it is more economical profitable than standard therapy method that is used in clinic.
