Gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšana Traumatoloģijas un ortopēdijas slimnīcā

Abstract

Mērķis: pēc iegūtajiem Traumatoloģijas un ortopēdijas slimnīcas datiem izdarīt secinājumus par veiktajām gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanām un gūtajiem rezultātiem. Materiāls un metodes. Informācijas iegūšanai tika izmantoti TOS Medicīnas dokumentācijas un informācijas nodaļas sniegtie dati par gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanu laika posmā no 2009. gada līdz 2012. gadam. Kopumā tika izvērtēti veikto gužas locītavas endoprotezēšanas (EP) rezultāti 4368 pacientiem. No tiem 2009. gadā veikta gūžas EP 1121 pacientam, 2010. gadā gūžas EP veikta 1074 pacientiem, 2011. gadā gūžas EP veikta 1086 pacientam un 2012. gadā gūžas EP veikta 1086 pacientiem. Rezultāti. Visbiežākā diagnoze, kuras dēļ pacients stacionēts Traumatoloģijas un ortopēdijas slimnīcā gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanai ir cita veida primāra abpusēja koksartroze, kura sastāda 57% no biežāk uzstādītajām diagnozēm. Nākošās biežākās diagnozes bijušas ciskas kaula kakliņa (collum femoris) lūzums jeb avaskulāra nekroze.

Purpose: basing on data from hospital of Traumatology and orthopedics, evaluate conclusions for hip arthroplasty and given rsults. Materials and methods. Data was given from hospital of Traumatology and orthopedics department of documentation and information about hip arthroplasty from year 2009. till 2012. Overall were evaluated results for 4368 hip arthroplasty cases. From all these results in year 2009 hip arthroplasty was performed 1121 patients, in year 2010 hip arthroplasty was performed 1074 patients, in year 2011 hip arthroplasty was performed 1086 patients and in year 2012 was performed 1086 hip arthroplasty. Results. Most common diagnosis why hip arthroplasty was performed in hospital of Traumatology and orthopedics was other primary reciprocal kocharthrosis, who compromises 57% from all common made diagnosis. Next common diagnosis were avascular necrosis (13%) and mutual kocharthrosis (12%).
