Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Tuberkulozes sastopamības biežums Latgales reģionā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka tuberkuloze ir infekcijas slimībā Latvijā, kuras aktualitāte paliek nemainīga vairākus gadus. Latvijā ir augsti tuberkulozes saslimstības radītāji ik gadu. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot tuberkulozes sastopamības biežumu pacientiem Latgales reģionā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt pieejamo literatūru par tuberkulozi; analizējot pieejamos statistikas datus; noskaidrot tuberkulozes sastopamību Latvijā un Latgales reģionā; sagatavot dokumenta analīzes protokolu ar jautājumiem un izveidot novērošanas protokolu; veikt stacionāro pacientu karšu izpēti, atbildot uz jautājumiem, kas sastādīti protokolā; veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi;izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt ieteikumus. The topic of the Bachelor paper is Incidence of Tuberculosis in Latgale Region. The topicality of the theme is determined by the fact that tuberculosis is an infectious disease in Latvia, the topicality of which has remained unchanged for several years. Each year there is a high tuberculosis morbidity rate in Latvia. The aim of the research is to determine the incidence of tuberculosis among patients in Latgale region. Research objectives are to study available literature on tuberculosis; to analyse available statistical data; to determine the incidence of tuberculosis in Latvia and Latgale region; to prepare a document analysis protocol with questions and create an observation protocol; to perform in-patient chart analysis while answering the questions prepared in the protocol; to create a summary and perform analysis of the results obtained; make conclusions and propose recommendations.
