Skolu māsu viedoklis par mēles profilaktiskās apskates nepieciešamību vispārējās izglītības iestādēs Rīgā

Abstract

Atbilstoši Ministru kabineta noteikumiem (Nr.279) skolu māsa veic tādus veselības aprūpes pasākumus, kurus sniedz arī ģimenes ārsti, tomēr mutes dobuma t.sk. mēles, profilaktiskā apskate nav skolu māsas pienākumu sarakstā. Intervējot 10 respondentus, šajā bakalaura darbā tika noskaidrots skolu māsu viedoklis par mēles profilaktiskās apskates nepieciešamību vispārējās izglītības iestādēs Rīgā. Šis darbs aktualizē jaunu, vēl iepriekš neaprakstītu problēmu. Iegūtie dati atklāja, ka skolu māsas veic mutes dobuma un sekundāri arī mēles apskati. Visas respondentes arī atzina, ka veiktu mēles profilaktisko apskati, pamatojot to uz ārējiem un iekšējiem nosacījumiem. Kursi, izmaiņas noteikumos un attieksmē, pilnvaru, algu palielināšana un organizēšanas pilnveide varētu veicināt skolu māsu iesaistīšanos mēles profilaktiskās apskates pasākumos. According to the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers (No.279), the school nurse does the health care activities which are provided also by general practitioners, however the mouth, including tongue, prophylaxis examination is not in the school nurses' list of responsibilities. Interviewing 10 respondents, in this Bachelor Paper the school nurses' opinion about the need of prophylaxis examination of tongue in the comprehensive schools in Riga was researched. This Work raises a new, before pretermitted problem. The obtained data revealed that school nurses carry out the mouth and secondarily also the tongue examination. All respondents also acknowledged that the would carry out the tongue prophylaxis examination, based on external and internal conditions. Courses, changes in the regulations and attitudes, the increase of proxy, wages and the improvement of organization could contribute to improvement of the school nurses' involvement of the events of tongue prophylaxis examination
