Abstract

Pacientu aprūpe dekompensēto hronisko sirds mazspējas gadījumā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka – Slimības ir biežākais hospitalizācijas iemesls, slimības izplatīšana un nāves iznākuma biežums, un slimnieku aprūpes īpašības. Darba mērķis ir analizēt, aprūpes norisi slimniekiem ar dekompensēto hronisko sirds mazspēju. Galvenie pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt ar darba tematu saistīto literatūru, un veikt kvalitatīvu pētījumu. Pētniecības jautājums:Kādas ir aprūpes principi pacientiem ar dekompensētu hronisku sirds mazspēju? Pētniecības instruments: Intervija. Pētniecības metode – Kvalitatīva metode. Pētniecības laikā iegūti rezultāti parāda, ka aprūpes principi ir pacientu izglītošana par slimību,tās gaitu un dzīves kvalitātes uzlabošanu.Svarīgi ir veikt vitālo rādītāju un šķidruma līdzsvara kontroli, nodrošināt simptomu mazināšanu,pacientu pašaprūpes novērtējumu,veicināt radinieku iesaistīšanu aprūpes un izglītošanas procesā.

Care of patients in case with decompensated chronic heart failure. Actuality of the theme – Disease is the most common cause of hospitalization, the spread of disease and death incidence and characteristics of nursing. The aim is to analyze the course of care for patients with decompensate chronic heart failure. The main objective of the research is to collect and analyze the topic of work – related literature, and conduct a qualitative study. Research question: What are the principles of care for patients with decompensate chronic heart failure? The instrument:Interview.Research method:Qualitative method. During the research results obtained show that the core principles educating patients about the disease, its course and quality of life.It is important to make a vital indicator of fluid balance and control to ensure the reduction of symptoms,patient self-care assessment of relative foster care,and involvement in the educational process.
