Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pacientu līdzestība pēc augšstilba kaula kakliņa osteosintēzes operācijas”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pacientu skaita pieaugums ar augšstilba kaula kakliņa lūzumiem Latvijā, kas izvirza vairākus uzdevumus aprūpes personālam. Aprūpes personālam ir nepieciešams apzināt problēmas, kas ir saistītas ar šādu pacientu aprūpi, kā arī nodrošināt pacientu iesaisti savas pašaprūpes nodrošināšanā. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot pacientu līdzestību pēc augšstilba kaula kakliņa osteosintēzes operācijas. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu līdzestība atveseļošanās procesā pēc augšstilba kaula kakliņa osteosintēzes operācijas? Teorētiskajā daļā sniegts ieskats par augšstilba kaula kakliņa lūzumiem, to ārstēšanas un pacienta aprūpes īpatnībām, pacienta līdzestību aprūpes procesā. Darbs teorētiski pamatots ar D. Oremas pašaprūpes teoriju. Praktiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija, tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode un apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti.
