Abstract

ANOTĀCIJA

Bakalaura darba “Jaundzimušā aprūpes dokumentācija” mērķis ir izveidot praksē pielietojamu aprūpes dokumentāciju, kurā tiks atspoguļota vesela jaundzimušā un jaundzimušā ar veselības traucējumiem aprūpe. Dokumentācijas izstrādes nolūkā iepazinos ar aprūpes procesa teorētisko pamatojumu, likumdošanas normatīvajiem aktiem,kas reglamentē pareizu dokumenta izstrādi. Bakalaura darbs sniedz informāciju par aprūpes procesu un tā dokumentēšanas kārtību. Darba teorētiskajam pamatam tika izmantota V.Hendersones ,,Teorija pamatota pamatvajadzībām”. Bakalaur darbā izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti, no tiem 26 latviešu un 4 angļu valodā. Atslēgas vārdi: aprūpe,māsa, pamatvajadzības, dokumentācija, jaundzimušais.

ANOTATION

Bachelor s work „The increase in the infant care records” in practice, the ai mis to create a mangeable care documentation which will be reflected in a neonatal care and newborn healt problems. For the purpose of dossier met care process theoretcal justification for the legislative regulations governing the correct document development. Bachelors work shall provide information on the process,its documentation of care procedures. The teoritical basis was used V.Hendersones „A Theory justified needs”. 30 undergraduate work used literature sources, of which 26 are in the Latvian language, 4 Englisch.
