Pacientu aprūpe ar urīna izdales traucējumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir –„ Pacientu aprūpe ar urīna izdales traucējumiem”. Mērķis- noskaidrot aprūpes pamatprincipus pacientiem ar urīna izdales traucējumiem. Hipotēze- pacientiem ar urīna izdales traucējumiem māsai ir jānodrošina aprūpe, kas saistīta ar izglītošanu par ādas kopšanu, uzturu, medikamentu lietošanu, šķidruma uzņemšanu un izvadīšanu ir apstiprinājusies. Lai uzlabotu aprūpi māsa ne tikai izpilda ārsta nozīmētās manipulācijas, bet arī izglīto par aprūpi, vienlaicīgi sniedzot emocionālu atbalstu. Teorētiskā daļā tika veikta literatūras analīze par urīnorgānu sistēmas anatomiju un fizioloģiju, V. Hendersones teorijas pielietojumu, urīna izdales traucējumiem un tās aprūpi. Darbā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketēšana. Mērķa un hipotēzes apstiprināšanai tikā aptaujātas 100 māsas. Atslēgas vārdi: aprūpe, urīna izdales traucējumi, pacienti, māsas.

The theme of the Bachelor Paper is „Patient care with urinary excretion disorders”. The aim of the work to find out the basic principles of care patients with urinary excretion disorders. Hipotesis: patient with urinary disorders nerse will provide care to be associated with education about skin care, nutrition, medication use, fluid intake and excretion – has been confirmed. In order to improve the care of a nurse not only comply with the prescribed medical manipulation, but also training on the care, while providing emotional support. In the theoretical part of the literature was carried out an analysis of the urinary tract system anatomy and physiology, V.Henderson application of theory, urinary disorders and their treatment. In the present work is applied quantitave research method- questionnaire. In order to confirm the aim and the hipothesis altogether 100 nurses were questioned.
