Sociālā darbinieka un ģimenes sadarbības problēmas personas ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem patstāvības veicināšanā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Sociālā darbinieka un ģimenes sadarbības problēmas personas ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem patstāvības veicināšanā”. Tā mērķis ir teorētiski analizēt, praktiski pētīt un pamatot sociālā darbinieka un ģimenes sadarbības problēmu ietekmi uz personas ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem patstāvības veidošanos. Diplomdarbs sastāv no piecām daļām. Pirmajā daļā autore, izmantojot dažādu psihologu teorētiskās atziņas, raksturo patstāvības jēdzienu no teorētiskā aspekta un tās veidošanās iespējas personām ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Tiek aprakstītas arī dienas aprūpes centru iespējas klientu spēju un prasmju attīstīšanā, kas nepieciešamas, lai tiktu veicināta viņu patstāvība. Otrajā daļā autore raksturo sadarbības jēdzienu un analizē sociālā darbinieka un klienta ģimenes sadarbību. Tiek aprakstīts, kādas zināšanas un prasmes ir nepieciešamas sociālam darbiniekam sadarbības veidošanā ar personas ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem ģimeni. Tiek raksturota sociālā darbinieka un ģimenes sadarbības specifika. Trešajā daļā tiek aprakstītas visbiežāk novērotās sociālā darbinieka un ģimenes sadarbības problēmas un to ietekme uz personas ar garīgās attīstības patstāvības veidošanos. Ceturtajā daļā tiek aprakstīta empīriskā pētījuma par sociālo darbinieku un ģimenes sadarbības problēmām personu ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem patstāvības veicināšanā metodoloģija, pētījuma norise, datu apstrādes gaita un atspoguļoti iegūtie rezultāti. Pētījuma bāze ir biedrības Rīgas pilsētas „Rūpju bērns” dienas aprūpes centri, kuros tiek veiktas aptaujas divām respondentu grupām: sociāliem darbiniekiem un klientu ģimenēm. Piektajā daļā autore, balstoties uz teorētiskās literatūras analīzi un personīgo pieredzi, sniedz ieteikumus sociālo darbinieku un personas ar garīgās attīstības ģimenes sadarbības uzlabošanai klienta patstāvības veicināšanā.

The topic of the diploma work is „Social worker's and family collaboration problems in the promotion of self-dependence of a person with mental disability”. Its aim is to analyze theoretical, practical studies and to justify the social worker’s and family cooperation problems in the promotion of self-dependence of a person with mental disability. Diploma work consists of five parts. The author describes what self-dependence is, using various theories of psychologists, describes the concept of independence from the theoretical aspect and its developmental opportunities for persons with mental disabilities. It also describes the day-care centers and the customer's ability to develop skills that are necessary for enhancing their independence. In the second part, the author describes and analyzes the concept of social worker’s and the client's family collaboration. The knowledge and skills necessary for social worker in order to organize succesfull cooperation with family memmbers of persons with mental disabilities are described as well. The specificity of cooperation with family memmbers of persons with mentall disabilities is carried out, too. The third part describes the most common social worker’s and family cooperation problems and their impact on persons with mental disability autonomy. The fourth part describes the empirical study of social workers and family problems of cooperation in promotion of self-dependence for persons with mental disabilities. The methodology of the study procedures, data processing and analyzis of the the obtained results. The research base is the Societys „Child of Care of Riga city” day-care centers, where survey is carried out for two respondents groups: social workers and client families. In the fifth paragraph the author, makes recommendations for reducing co-operation problems between social workers and families in the promotion of self-dependence of persons with mental disabilities. Recomendations are based on the theoretical analyze and professional experience of the author.
