Komandas darbs ar ģimenēm bērna pamešanas novārtā gadījumos

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir” Komandas darbs ar ģimenēm bērna pamešanas novārtā gadījumos”. Tā mērķis ir teorētiski analizēt, praktiski pētīt un pamatot komandas darbu ar ģimenēm bērna pamešanas novārtā gadījumos. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti uzdevumi: raksturot bērna pamešanu novārtā ģimenē, analizēt komandas darba pieeju sociālā darba praksē, analizēt bērna pamešanu novārtā Latvijas likumdošanas un normatīvo dokumentu skatījumā, pētīt dažādu institūciju speciālistu viedokli par komandas darbu ar ģimenēm bērna pamešanas novārtā gadījumos. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām daļām, kurās atspoguļota izvirzīto uzdevumu izpilde. Pirmajā daļā autore, izmantojot dažādu autoru teorētiskās atziņas, raksturo bērna pamešanas novārtā termina skaidrojumu, analizē bērna pamešanas novārtā cēloņus, izpausmes, riska faktorus, raksturīgākās iezīmes, bērna pamešanas novārtā veidus un pazīmes. Otrajā daļā autore analizē bērna pamešanu novārtā Latvijas likumdošanas un normatīvo dokumentu skatījumā. Trešajā daļā autore analizē komandas darbu sociālā darba praksē, analizē komandas darba jēdzienu, komandas darba galvenās iezīmes, priekšrocības, raksturo komandas darba ietekmējošos faktorus un darbības virzienus. Ceturtajā daļā tiek aprakstīts empīriskais pētījums par komandas darbu ar ģimenēm bērna pamešanas novārtā gadījumos, apkopoti dažādu institūciju speciālistu viedokļi par bērna pamešanu novārtā un komandas darbu ar ģimenēm bērna pamešanas novārtā gadījumos Liepājas pilsētā un pētījuma rezultātā izveidots komandas sadarbības modelis darbā ar ģimenēm bērna pamešanas novārtā gadījumos. Respondenti ir desmit speciālisti, kuri ilgstoši strādā bērnu tiesību aizsardzības jomā Liepājas pilsētā. Atslēgvārdi: vardarbība, bērna pamešana novārtā, ģimene, komanda, komandas darbs.

Diploma topic is "Team work with families in child abandonment neglect cases." Its purpose is theoretically analyzed in the practical study and justify the team's work with families, child abandonment neglect cases. To achieve the goal were set tasks: to describe the child's abandonment neglect of the family, analyze the teamwork approach to social work practice, analyze the child's abandonment neglect of the Latvian legislation and regulatory document view, to explore the views of professionals of different institutions to team up with families, child abandonment neglect cases. Diploma consists of four parts, which reflects the set tasks. In the first part of the author, using different authors' theoretical knowledge, describe the child's abandonment neglect of the term explanations, analyze the child's abandonment neglect of the causes, manifestations, risk factors, the characteristics of the child's abandonment neglect of the types and characteristics. In the second part the author analyzes the child's abandonment neglect of the Latvian legislation and normative documents perspective. In the third part the author analyzes the work of a team of social work practice, analyze the concept of team work, team work, key features, and benefits, and describe the factors influencing teamwork and operational directions. In the fourth part describes an empirical study of teams working with families of child abandonment neglect cases, summarizes the views of professionals from different institutions for child abandonment neglect and team work with families of child neglect cases, leaving the city of Liepaja and the study resulted in a team model of cooperation in working with families, child abandonment neglect cases.
