Bakalaura darba tēma: „Basketbola kluba „VEF Rīga” reklāmas kampaņas analīze un auditorijas attieksmes pētījums.”
Basketbola kluba „VEF Rīga” reklāmas kampaņa ir iespaidīga un neierasta Latvijas sporta tirgum, tādēļ ir lietderīgi izanalizēt „VEF Rīga” reklāmas un to mērķus, kā arī noskaidrot auditorijas attieksmi pret tām. Darba mērķi ir noskaidrot, kādi vizuālie kodi izmantoti „VEF Rīga” reklāmās un kā reklāmas iespaido auditorijas attieksmi pret klubu.
Darba teorētisko pamatojumu veido teorijas par mārketinga un sporta mārketinga komunikāciju, auditorijas veidiem un uztveri, reklāmas vēstījumu un semiotiku. Pētījuma metodoloģija ietver dziļo interviju, reklāmu semiotikas analīzi un fokusa grupas interviju. Pētījumā dekodēti „VEF Rīga” reklāmās ietvertie kodi un to nozīmes, kā arī noskaidrota reklāmu ietekme uz auditorijas attieksmi pret klubu.
Pētījuma rezultātā secināts, ka „VEF Rīga” reklāmas kampaņa balstīta uz emocionāliem ziņojumiem ar nolūku radīt iespaidīgu kluba tēlu. Reklāmās izmantoti daudzi vizuālie kodi, ar kuru palīdzību piesaistīta auditorijas uzmanība, radīts unikāls kluba tēls, kā arī nodots vēstījums par kluba vēsturi. Auditorijas pētījumā konstatēts, ka „VEF Rīga” reklāmas rada spilgtu kluba tēlu, taču vienlaikus tās ir sarežģītas un auditorijai grūti uztveramas, kā arī ievērojami kontrastē ar kluba sportiskajiem rezultātiem.
Darba struktūru veido piecas teorētiskās nodaļas - mārketinga komunikācija, sporta mārketinga komunikācija, auditorijas veidi un uztvere, reklāmas vēstījums un semiotika, kā arī darba metodoloģija un pētnieciskā daļa. Nodaļām seko secinājumi, izmantoto informācijas avotu saraksts un darba pielikumi. Basketball club “VEF Riga” advertising campaign is impressive and unusual for Latvian sports market, it is therefore appropriate to analyze the “VEF Riga” advertisements and their goals as well as to clarify the audience attitude towards them. The aim of the bachelor paper is to find out what visual codes are used in “VEF Riga” advertisements and how these advertisements affect the audience attitude towards the club.
The theoretical basis of the paper consists of theories about marketing and sports marketing communication, audience segmentation and perception, advertising message and semiotics. Research methods include in-depth interview, semiotic analysis of advertisements and focus group interview. The research work decodes the codes and meanings in “VEF Riga” advertisements and clarifies the advertising impact on the audience attitude towards the club.
The study concludes that “VEF Riga” advertising campaign is based on emotional messages in order to create a spectacular image of the club. Advertisements include many visual codes which catch the audience attention, create a unique image of the club and pass the message on the club's history. Audience studies found that “VEF Riga” advertisements create a vivid image of the club, but are also complicated and hardly understandable, and they also significantly contrast with the club's sporting performance.
The structure of the work consists of five theoretical chapters - marketing communication, sports marketing communication, audience segmentation and perception, advertising message and semiotics, and the methodology and the empirical part. The chapters are followed by conclusions, the source list and the appendices.
