Redzes invalīda bibliotekārā apkalpošana, izmantojot informācijas tehnoloģijas

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Redzes invalīdu bibliotekārā apkalpošana, izmantojot informācijas tehnoloģijas” aplūkotas redzes invalīdu iespējas lietot LNerB pieejamās informācijas tehnoloģijas, kas piemērotas redzes invalīdu vajadzībām. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pašreizējo situāciju informācijas tehnoloģiju pieejamībā un izmantošanā LNerB lietotāju vidū. Šim nolūkam veikta bibliotēkas lietotāju aptauja Latvijas Neredzīgo bibliotēkā un tās filiālēs - Balvos, Cēsīs, Jelgavā, Liepājā, Daugavpilī, Rēzeknē un Ventspilī un intervēti bibliotēkas darbinieki. Iegūtie rezultāti analizēti kopsakarā ar citiem Latvijā veiktiem pētījumiem par redzes invalīdu informāciju tehnoloģiju iespēju izmantošanu. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka redzes invalīdu informācijas tehnoloģijas pozitīvi ietekmē redzes invalīdu dzīvi. The bachelor thesis “Library services for visually impaired by means of information technology” analyses possibilities of visually impaired to use accessible information technologies of Latvian library for the blind which are adapted to invalids’ needs. The aim of the research is to cover the current situation of the accessibility and utilization of information technologies amongst Latvian library for the blind users. To accomplish that, the survey of users and employees of the Latvian library for the blind and its branches in Balvi, Cesis, Jelgava, Liepaja, Daugavpils, Rezekne and Ventspils were carried out. The results were analyzed taking into account other researches done in Latvia about sight invalids and about their ability to use the potential of information technologies. The results of the research indicate that the information technologies of the sight invalids positively influence their lives.
