Patentu informācijas centra loma izgudrotājdarbības veicināšanā

Abstract

Pētījumā ir analizēti Eiropas valstu patentu informācijas centru attīstības modeļi, raksturota izgudrotājdarbības vide un intelektuālā īpašuma aizsardzības nodrošinājums Latvijā. Īpaša vērība ir pievērsta intelektuālā īpašuma jomas mērķauditorijai – izgudrotājiem, maziem un vidējiem uzņēmumiem, tehnoloģiju pārneses centriem un kontaktpunktiem Latvijā, kā arī raksturota izglītības loma intelektuālā īpašuma aizsardzības jomā. Analīzei ir izmantota informācija par attīstītākajiem Eiropas valstu PATLIB centriem, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot patentu informācijas centriem un bibliotēkām patentu iestāžu sastāvā.

The study analyzes development models of European patent information centers, and describes the environment of inventive activities and the provision of intellectual property protection in Latvia. Particular attention is given to the target audience in the intellectual property area - inventors and small and medium-sized enterprises, technology transfer centers and contact points in Latvia, as well as describes the role of education in the field of intellectual property protection. This analysis uses information about the most developed PATLIB centers in Europe, focusing on patent information centers and libraries within the structures of patent offices.
