Latvijas Republikas bibliotēku lietošanas noteikumu raksturojums
Abstract
ANOTĀCIJA
Pētnieciskā darba problēma ir saistīta ar jautājumu, vai Latvijas Republikas bibliotēkās lietošanas noteikumi tiek izstrādāti pēc vienotiem noteikumiem un, kā lietošanas noteikumi ietekmē informācijas pieejamību bibliotēkā no lietotāju puses. Dažādu faktoru dēļ bibliotēkas nespēj pilnībā nodrošināt informācijas pieejamību tās lietotājiem.
Kopumā pētījums tiek izklāstīts piecās darba nodaļās.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek noskaidrotas mūsdienu bibliotēkas funkcijas un loma sabiedrībā. Tiek izpētīta bibliotēkas jēdziens un raksturota bibliotēkas lomas un uzdevumu maiņa mūsdienās.
Otrajā darba nodaļā tiek iztirzāts jēdziens “bibliotēkas lietošanas noteikumi”, atsaucoties uz Latvijas Republikas Bibliotēku likuma pantiem.
Trešajā nodaļā tiek noskaidroti galvenie lietošanas noteikumu satura elementi, kuri obligāti iekļaujami bibliotēkas lietošanas noteikumos.
Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek praktiski analizēti Latvijas Republikas universālo zinātnisko, speciālo zinātnisko un publisko bibliotēku lietošanas noteikumi un veikts to savstarpējs salīdzinājums.
Piektajā nodaļā tiek apkopoti aptaujas rezultāti. Aptauja tika veikta ar mērķi noskaidrot bibliotēkas lietotāju attieksmi pret bibliotēkas lietošanas noteikumiem.
Darba nobeigumā tiek izdarīti apkopojoši secinājumi. ANOTATION
The problem of the research work is dealing with question, does the library usage instructions of Republic of Latvia are working out grounding on to the one principles and, how usage instructions affect availability of information in library from the users side.
In affected of various factors, libraries can not to giving various kind of information services.
Overall the paper consist of five chapters.
In the first chapter is clarify the functions and role of modern library in community. There is clarify also the conception of library and characterize the exchange of library role and functions in nowadays.
In the second chapter is analyse conception of “usage instruction of library” answer a call to the Act of Latvian Libraries item’s.
In the third chapter is clarify the main elements of content, which obligatory must including in library usage instruction.
In the fourth chapter is practically analyse usage instructions of universal scientific, special scientific and public libraries and manage comparison.
In the fifth chapter is summarized results of inquiry. The aim of inquiry was to clarify the library user regard against the library usage instruction.
In the end of the work is managing conclusions.
