Politisko partiju ”Jaunais Laiks” un ”Tautas partija” šķelšanās un konsolidēšanās procesi

Abstract

Latvijas Republikā pēdējos 20 gados ir notikuši vairāku politisko partiju konsolidācijas un šķelšanās procesi. Šā bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izprast Latvijas politisko partiju Jaunais Laiks un Tautas partijas šķelšanās procesu iemeslus un nepieciešamību. Darba autora izvirzītā hipotēze – Latvijā notiekošie politisko partiju šķelšanās procesi ir saistīti nevis ar ideoloģiskiem aspektiem, bet ar nespēju uzņemties atbildību. Solījumi tiek doti, taču par to neizpildīšanu neviens neuzņemas atbildību, kura būtu amata vērta. Tas novedis pie tā, ka neviens nebaidās pazaudēt amatu, un partiju biedri turpina izmantot elektorāta uzticību, un nenodrošināt vēlēšanu solījumu izpildi.

There have been several consolidation and splitting processes in the last 20 years in the Republic of Latvia. The aim of this work is to explore and understand the need and reasons of splitting and consolidation of political parties “New Era” and “People’s party” in Latvia. The hypothesis of the work - the consolidation and splitting processes of political parties and their members in Latvia are not related to ideological aspects, but to the lack of taking responsability. Promises are made, but no one assumes responsibility to be worth a position. It has lead to party members not to be afraid of losing a position. Party members continue to use the trust of electorate and continue not to outturn the election promises.
