Sociālā darba metodes darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem, Alūksnes novada piemērs

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Sociālā darba metodes darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem, Alūksnes novada piemērs”. Autore diplomdarbam ir izvirzījusi mērķi - pētīt sociālā darba metodes darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem Alūksnes novadā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, ir izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: raksturot vecus cilvēkus kā sociālā darba klientu grupu, raksturot sociālā darba specifiku darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem, teorētiski analizēt un pamatot sociālā darba metodes darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem, izzināt profesionāļu darbības mērķus darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem, analizēt profesionāļu viedokli par sociālā darba metodēm un to pielietojumu darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem. Diplomdarba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīti veci cilvēki kā klientu grupa sociālajā darbā, otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkotas sociālā darba metodes darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem, vadoties pēc problēmu risināšanas procesa. Trešajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta empīriskā pētījuma metodoloģija, kā arī sniegts pētījumā iegūto datu atspoguļojums. Darbā tiek pielietotas šādas pētniecības metodes - teorētiskās literatūras analīze, pētījums (daļēji strukturētās intervijas). Analizējot teorētisko literatūru un veicot empīrisko pētījumu pierādījās, ka veci cilvēki ir īpaša klientu grupa, kurai ir savas - specifiskas problēmas un problēmu risināšanas procesā nepieciešams izmantot dažādas sociālā darba metodes.

Topic of the Diploma paper is „Social work methods with elderly, example of Aluksne”. The aim of the Diploma paper is to study social work methods in work with the elderly in Aluksne district. To achieve the aim, the following tasks are set: to describe the elderly as a social work client groups, to characterize the nature of social work with elderly people, in theory, to analyze and justify social work methods in dealing with the elderly, to learn about the activities of professional goals in working with older people, to analyze views of professionals on social work methods and their applications in work with the elderly. The first chapter of the Diploma paper investigates older people as a group of clients in social work, the second chapter discusses methods of social work in working with the elderly, according to the problem solving process. The third chapter describes the empirical research methodology, and presents a study of data representation. The study is based on following research methods – the analysis of theoretical literature and the study (semi-structured interviews). Analysis of the theoretical literature and empirical research proved that older people are a special group who have their own – specific problems and problem solving process requires the use of various methods of social work.
