Ēdināšanas prakses sākumskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā aplūkoti dažādi ēdināšanas prakses piemēri Latvijas skolās. Pētīts, kā skolēns bez obligāto mācību priekšmetu apgūšanas, pilnveido un padziļina arī dzīves prasmes, kas veicina veselīga uztura izvēli. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā izglītības iestādes veicina sākumskolas audzēkņus izvēlēties veselīgu uzturu. Pētījumā ir izmantota gadījumu izpētes pieeja un pētīti divi pamatskolas gadījumi. Tika veikti novērojumi, vizuālo materiālu un likumdošanas analīze. Rezultātā iegūts ēdināšanas prakses salīdzinājums lauku un pilsētas skolās.

The bechelor’s work explored the catering practices of schools in Latvia. The author investigates how the pupils improve and extend their living skills and how these skills are integrated into educational package. The aim of the research is to find out how the educational institutions promote the pupils of primary schools to choose healthy food. The case study, the analysis of legislation and visual materials, observation are used at the research. The result of the research is the comparison of the catering practices at rural and city schools.
