NVS kā reģionālās organizācijas attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Šī darba nosaukums ir „NVS kā reģionālās organizācijas attīstības perspektīvas”. Eirāzijas kontinentā pastāv atsevišķi veiksmīgu reģionālo organizāciju piemēri, kā ES un ASEAN. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai arī NVS pastāv nepieciešamie priekšnosacījumi attīstībai par veiksmīgu reģionālo organizāciju. Darba sākumā autors izvirza hipotēzi, ka NVS kā reģionālās organizācijas attīstību kavē NVS dalībvalstu atšķirīgās politiskās un ekonomiskās orientācijas. Lai pierādītu vai apgāztu izvirzīto hipotēzi autors, analizējot reģiona un reģionālās organizācijas teorijas, izdala būtiskākās pazīmes, kas veicina reģionālo organizāciju darbību un attīstību, un darba gaitā cenšas piemērot šīs pazīmes politiskai un ekonomiskai situācijai NVS pēc 2000. gada.

The title of this work is „Development perspectives of CIS as regional organization”. There are several examples of successful regional organizations in the continent of Eurasia, such as EU and ASEAN. The aim of this work is to define whether CIS has got the required preconditions for development to become a successful regional organization. In the beginning of the work author claims hypothesis that the development of CIS as a regional organization is being slowed down by different political and economic orientations of CIS member states. To prove or deny hypothesis author defines most important indicators that promote operation and development of regional organizations by analyzing theories of region and regional organization, and tries to adopt these indicators to the political and economic situation in the CIS after the year 2000.
