Sabiedrības līdzdalība kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanā pašvaldībās

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Sabiedrības līdzdalība kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanā pašvaldībās”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt sabiedrības līdzdalību kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanā pašvaldībās, izmantojot aģentu tīkla teoriju. Maģistra darbā kultūras mantojums ir aplūkots no dažādu socioloģijas teoriju perspektīvas, bet empīriskajā pētījumā pielietotas kvalitatīvās pētījuma metodes – dokumentu analīze, daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar izvēlētās pašvaldības iedzīvotājiem un viena eksperta intervija. Analizējot iegūtos, datus tika noskaidrots, kādi ir iespējamie aģenti kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanas tīklā pašvaldībās, kā izvēlētā pašvaldība veido aģentu tīklu šī procesa nodrošināšanā, kā arī sniegts vietējās sabiedrības veidoto tīklu raksturojums, kas saistīts ar sabiedrības līdzdalības pakāpi kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanā izvēlētajā pašvaldībā.

Title of master's thesis is “Public Participation in Preservation of Cultural Heritage in Municipalities”. The aim of this work is to explore public participation in the preservation of cultural heritage in municipalities through an actor network theory. Master's thesis addresses the cultural heritage from the perspectives of different sociological theories, but empirical research is conducted by using qualitative research methods – analysis of documents, structured interviews with selected local authorities, and one national level expert interview. The research that is based on qualitative data analysis presents the actors involved in the network that deals with preservation of cultural heritage in municipalities and how particular municipality creates the actor network that deals with this process. The research gives characteristics of the actor network of the local community that is closely connected with the participatory level in the preservation process of cultural heritage in the chosen municipality.
