Bakalaura darba tēma ir ” Zīmolu komunikācija sociālajos medijos: “LMT” un “Tele2” gadījumu analīze”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādu komunikācijas saturu zīmoli sniedz saviem sekotājiem sociālajos tīklos Draugiem.lv, Facebook.com un Twitter.com. Bakalaura darba problema – Latvijā LMT un Tele2 ir vadošie telekomunikācijas operatori, kas sabiedrībai sniedz vienādus pakalpojumus, ar kādiem paņēmieniem zīmoli sociālajos medijus cenšas piesaistīt jaunus un noturēt esošos klientus.
Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās, metodoloģiskās un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorijas pamatā ir skaidrots zīmola jēdziens, tēls un stratēģija, kā arī integrētā mārketinga komunikācija, komunikācijas instrumenti un sociālo mediju jēdziens.
Metodoloģiskajā daļā tiek aplūkota auditorijas aptauja, daļēji strukturētā intervija un kontentanalīze. Rezultātos aparādīs kādu komunikācijas saturu zīmoli sniedz saviem sekotājiem sociālajos medijos

The aim of this work is to identify what kind of content do these brands provide to their followers in social networks Draugiem.lv, Facebook.com and Twitter.com.
This work consists of three parts - theoretical, methodologial and a research part. Theories are based on the explanation of the terms brand, image and strategy and concepts of integrated marketing communication, communication instruments and social media.
The methodological part consists of an auditorium survey, partly structured interview and content analysis.
The results reflect what kind of communication content do brands provide to their social media followers.
