Informācijas sistēmas "Hansa World Enterprice" atbilstība elektroniskajai dokumentu pārvaldībai

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Informācijas sistēmas Hansa World Enterprise atbilstība elektroniskajai dokumentu pārvaldībai” pētījuma mērķis ir veikt elektroniskās dokumentu vadības sistēmas funkcionālā nodrošinājuma izpēti – vai tā atbildīs darbinieku vajadzībām un prasībām dokumentu pārvaldībai. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi tika veikti vairāki uzdevumi: izpētīta esošā sistēma, atbilstošā normatīvā bāze, noteikts kāds ir sistēmas lietotāju viedoklis par esošo un ieviešamo sistēmu. Balstoties uz veikto pētījumu izvirzītās hipotēzes ir apstiprinātas pozitīvi, ka darbinieku prasmes un attieksme pret EDS ir nozīmīgi faktori EDS ieviešanā un lietošanā. EDS dokumentu aprite ir jānorganizē līdzīgi kā notiek papīra dokumentu arprite, kā arī pilnvērtīgai EDS iespēju izmantošanai, uzņēmumā ir jānomaina datoru operētājsistēma no Linux bāzes uz Windows operētājsistēmu. The aim of the master’s thesis „Relevance of information system „Hansa World Enterprise“ to electronic records management“. Main goal of current research is to investigate functional security of Electronic document and records management system (EDRMS – Electronic document and records management system) (whether it will satisfy the needs and demands of employees in record management). To reach the goal, author worked on several tasks : Research on current electronic system, an appropriate regulatory basis, opinion of users regarding current and potential system. On the bases of the study results the hypothesis of the master’s thesis are approved. Knowlage and attitude are important factors in the implementation and use of the EDMS. Managing documents in EDMS should be done in the same way, as paper documentation now. As well to use all functions of EDS, company requires changing of operation system on their computers from Linux to Windows.
