Latviešu reģionālo laikrakstu interneta versiju sākumlapu analīze pēc žanra teorijas pazīmēm

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats - „Latviešu reģionālo laikrakstu interneta versiju sākumlapu analīze pēc žanra teorijas pazīmēm”. Bakalaura darba teorētiskā daļa sniedz ieskatu tiešsaistes laikrakstu izcelsmes vēsturē, kā arī piedāvā žanra teorijas kā mediju pētniecības metodes raksturojumu. Šajā sadaļā apkopots dažādu mediju pētnieku vērtējums par tiešsaistes laikrakstu izcelsmes un evolūcijas likumsakarībām. Autore darbā izvirza hipotēzi , ka latviešu drukāto laikrakstu tiešsaistes versiju sākumlapas to satura un formas ziņā 2008. gada sākumā joprojām ir vairāk veco mediju reproducējošas, nevis patstāvīgas jaunā medija, interneta, inovatīvi tehnisko iespēju reprezentētājas. Veiktā žanra analīze 24 tiešsaistes laikrakstu sākumlapās, izmantojot digitālā žanra pazīmes, ļāvusi secināt, ka iepriekš izvirzītais pieņēmums nav patiess. Latvijas reģionālo laikrakstu tiešsaistes risinājumu vidū vairāk ir progresējušu, nekā reproducējošu mājas lapu. Darbs ir piemērots tālākiem pētījumiem un zinātniskai darbībai.

The theme of this Bachelor’s work is “The Analysis of the Front Pages of the Internet Versions of Latvian Regional Newspapers based upon the Characteristics of Genre Theory”. The theoretical section of the Bachelor’s work gives insight into the history of the origins of online newspapers, as well as offering genre theories as characterisation of methods of media research. This section collects varied media researchers’ evaluations of the origins of online periodicals and the regularity of their evolution. In the work, the author presents the hypothesis that the homepages of the online versions of printed newspapers, in terms of content and format, at the beginning of 2008 still are more reproducing old media, rather than representations of independent new media, the internet, and innovative technical possibilities. Genre analysis was performed on 24 online periodical homepages, and, using the characteristics of the digital genre, has led to the conclusion that the previously offered assumption is incorrect. Among the online development of the regional newspapers of Latvia are more progressive, rather than reproductive, home pages. The work is appropriate for further research and scientific work.
