Zusammenfassung
Diplomdarba tēma ir „SIA „ALKMAN” finanšu analīze”.
Diplomdarba mērķis ir pamotojoties uz SIA ALKMAN finansiālo rādītāju analīze, uzņēmuma trūkumu, nepilnību atklāšana, ieteikumi un risinājumi šo problēmu noveršanai.
Darba analizēta uzņēmuma darbība, vēsture, piedāvātās produkcijas klāsts, kas ļauj gūt priekšstatu par SIA „ALKMAN”. Tāpat ir izpētīta uzņēmuma iekšējā un ārējā vide, kas tieši vai netieši ietekmē ALKMAN darbību. Konstatētas stiprās un vājās puses, uzņēmuma iespējas un draudi, kas apkopoti SWOT analīzē.
Izmantojot dažādas finanšu koeficientu aprēķināšanas formulas autroe veic tādu finansiālā stāvokļa raksturojošu rādītāju aprēķinus kā: likviditāte, rentabilitāte un maksātspēja. Darbā veikti aprēķini par 2004.,2005.,2006.,2007. un 2008. gadu.
ALKMAN finansu darbības rezultāts ir atspoguļots finanšu koeficientu un struktūras un dinamikas analīžu grafiskā veidā. Tas ļauj gūt uzskatāmu priekšstatu par ALKMAN finansiālo stāvokli.
Darba nobeigumā izcelti būtiskākie secinājumi par apskatīto uzņēmumu un izvirzīti priekšlikumi saimnieciskās un finansiālās darbības uzlabošanai.
Darbs izstrādāts latviešu valodā, tā apjoms ir 63 lapaspuses datorraksta, tajā iekļauti 21 attēli, 6 tabulas, 9 formulas, pievienoti 31 pielikumi. Literatūras sarakstā ir iekļauti 26 izmantotās literatūras avoti. ANNOTION
The theme of the diploma work is „The financial analysis ALKMAN Ltd.”
The target of the diploma work is : to carry out the financial analysis of firm ALKMAN, to reveal its weaknesses and to formulate recommendations.
Diploma work contains all characteristic of the firm busines, its history, an exposure of the offered production, that allow a comprehensive understanding of the activities of the firm ALKMAN. There was analyzed the internal and external business environment, which directly or indirectly affects working of the firm. All the stated advantages and disadvantages, as well as strengths and weaknesses, potentialities and risks of the firm are summarized in the SWOT analysis.
With the help of some of the formulas the author carried out a calculation of financial indicators such as: - liquidity, profitability and solvency. These calculations are carried out during the period 5 years.
The financial results of fiscal activity of ALKMAN are presented in the form of graphs. This allows to clearly see the financial position of the firm.
In conclusion of the diploma work there are made key statements and recommendations on improving the financial performance of ALKMAN.
The total volume of work, not counting the applications of 63 pages of computer text. In this paper, including 6 tables, 21 figures, 9 formulas and 31 appendices. The list of literature includes 26 literature.
