A/s "Olainfarm" finansiālā stāvokļa analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir “A/S ''Olainfarm'' finansiālā stāvokļa analīze”. Uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa novērtēšana ir pamats pareizai uzņēmuma vadīšanai un tā nākotnes perspektīvu nodrošināšanai, tādēļ autors nolēma izpētīt uzņēmuma finanšu situāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Temata izvēli noteica tas, ka akciju sabiedrība Olainfarm ir viena no lielākajām kompānijām Baltijā ar vairāk nekā trīsdesmit gadu pieredzi medikamentu, aktīvo ķīmisko ingredientu un ķīmisko vielu ražošanā. Finansiāla stāvokļa novērtējums ir aktuāls dažāda veida problēmu risināšanai nākotē, jo uzņēmums nevar veiksmīgi attīstīties un paplašināt savu darbību tirgus ekonomikas apstākļos, pamatojoties tikai uz uzņēmuma vadītāja intuīciju, neņemot vērā mikroekonomiskos un makroekonomiskus faktorus. Diplomdarba mērķis ir uz finanšu analīzes teorētisko aspektu un A/S ''Olainfarm'' finansiālā stāvokļa novērtēšanas pamata sniegt priekšlikumus A/S ''Olainfarm'' finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Darba gaitā teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri sastāv no finanšu pārskatu horizontālās un vertikālās analīzes, finanšu koeficientu analīzes. Praktiskajā daļā autors veica uzņēmuma gada pārskatu finanšu analīzi par 2005., 2006. un 2007. gadu, aprēķinot likviditātes, maksātspējas, aktivitātes un rentabilitātes rādītājus, veica bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķina horizontālo un vertikālo analīzi. Kā arī veica apgrozāmā kapitāla pārvaldības un naudas plūsmas analīzi un kontroli. Pēdējā nodaļā autors izteica piedāvājumus finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai, kuru varētu izmantot analizētā uzņēmuma vadība turpmāko finanšu lēmumu pieņemšanā. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 60 lappuses, tas sastāv no 3 daļām un 3 pielikumiem. Darbā ir izmantotas 20 tabulas, 5 attēli un 29 formulas.

The title of the diploma work is “The analysis of financial activities of the enterprise ''Olainfarm'' ltd”. The assessment of financial situation of the enterprise is the basis of its right management and provision of future perspectives, therefore the author decided to research the financial situation of the enterprise and to work out suggestions for improvement. The choice of the theme was determined because the enterprise ''Olainfarm'' ltd is one of the greatest companies in Baltic with experience more than thirty years in manufacturing of medicines, active chemical ingredients and chemical substances. The analysis of financial situation is an actual activity for the solution of different problems in the future. The main target of this work is to analyse the financial situation of a company and to make the right financial decision for further company’s financial activity in the market. The theoretical aspects of financial analysis are surveyed in the theoretical part and it consists of horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial coefficients. In practical part the author carries out the analysis of annual reports of the years 2005., 2006., and 2007., calculating the indices of liquidity, paying capacity, activity and profitability, and carries out the horizontal and vertical analysis of calculation of balance and profit or losses. As well as fulfils the analysis and control of circulating capital management and cash flow. In the least part the author gives his suggestions of improvement of financial situation, what could be used by the head of the analysed enterprise in order to make the further financial decisions. The amount of the diploma work is 60 pages, consisting of 3 parts and 3 supplements. 20 tables, 5 pictures and 29 formulas are used in this work.
