| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba „Jūrnieku darba samaksas īpatnības jūras kravu pārvadājumu nozarē” mērķis ir analizēt jūrnieku darba samaksas būtību un sniegtās sociālās garantijas kravu pārvadājumu nozarē, un uz analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus darba samaksas un nodokļu ieturēšanas uzlabojumus.
Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek izpētīta jūras kravu pārvadājumu nozare pasaulē un Latvijā, kā arī analizēta jūras transporta vieta pasaules ekonomikā. Otrajā nodaļā analizēti regulējošie normatīvie dokumenti jūrnieku darba samaksas noteikšanai, iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa politika attiecībā uz jūrniekiem Latvijā, kā arī sociālā nodrošinājuma problēmas gadījumos, kad jūrnieki strādā uz kuģiem ar Latvijas un ārvalstu karogiem. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izpētītas jūrnieku darba samaksas problēmas un to pilnveidošanas iespējas.
Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts, pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, publikācijām periodiskos izdevumos, kā arī uz Latvijas Republikas likumiem un citiem normatīvajiem dokumentiem, kas attiecas uz darba samaksu.
Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 66 lapām. Tas satur 13 tabulas, 7 attēlus, 43 informācijas avotus un 2 pielikumus.

| dc.description.abstract | The goal of the Bachelor work „Seafarers’ allowance specifics in cargo shipping industry” is to analyze wage system and social warranties in the shipping industry, as well as on the basis of it to work out the approaches for the improvement of labour remunerations and taxes policy.
The work includes three parts.
In the first part the author has investigated the cargo shipping industry in the world and in Latvia, as well as see transport place in the world economics.
In the second part the author has analyzed the regulating standard documents for Seafarers’ allowance determination, personal income taxes’ policy regarding seafarers in Latvia, as well as in the case of the problems of the social guaranty, when seafarers work on the ships of Latvian and foreign flag. In the third part the problems of the seafarers’ allowance and the possibilities of its’ development have been investigated.
The Bachelor work is prepared based on the special literature, periodical publications, the legislation of the Republic of Latvia as well as other normative documents regarding the labour remuneration, that relate to seafarers’ allowance.
The Bachelor work is written in Latvian language, contains 66 pages. It includes 13 tables, 7 images, 43 references and 2 appendants.
