| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt kuģu apkalpošanas nozares uzņēmuma "Garant Safety" saimnieciskās darbības attīstības tendences un tās darbības ietekmējošus faktorus, un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādāt priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanai, tās finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai un nākotnes attīstībai.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 11 apakšnodaļām.
Autores pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka uzņēmums "Garant Safety" ir nepietiekami stabils, bet ik gadu uzņēmuma finansiālais stāvoklis uzlabojas un uzņēmums strauji attīstās. Darba nobeigumā ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanai, kurus varētu izmantot uzņēmuma "Garant Safety" vadība savu turpmāko lēmumu pieņemšanā.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no 102 lapaspusēm, 13 tabulām, 35 attēliem, 25 formulām un 27 pielikumiem. Darba izstrādē tika izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti.

| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of Master’s diploma is to study tendency of economic activities and its influencing factors of the marine servicing industry company "Garant Safety", based on the research results to improve its finansial situation and elaborate recommendations on economic development and activity.
This Master's diploma consists of 3 sections and 11 subsections.
The results of analysis specify that "Garant Safety" company is not stable enough, however, each year financial situation improves and company is growing fast. At the end of this Master’s diploma, there are elaborated recommendations, which are refer to improve business-activity, which can be used by the leadership of the company for its future decisions.
The Master's diploma consists of 102 pages and contains 13 tables, 35 images, 25 formulas and 27 applications. During preparation of this diploma 39 literary sources has been used.
