Aviokompānijas biznesa procesu modelēšana

Abstract

Šis maģistra darbs veltīts tēmai „Aviokompānijas biznesa procesa modelēšana”, darbs ir uzrakstīts, bāzējoties uz Latvijas aviokompāniju, tas satur 88 teksta lappušu, 36 attēlu, 8 tabulu, tajā izmantots 50 avotu, darbam ir 1 pielikums. Maģistra darbā ir apkopoti programmu BizAgi Modeler un BizAgi Studio programmu iespēju izpētes rezultāti, ņemot par paraugu trīs aviokompānijas biznesa procesus. Ir izpētītas tādas programmas iespējas kā modelēšana, formu sastādīšana, datu apstrāde, resursu sadalīšana. Noslēgumā sniegts paveiktā darba kopsavilkums. Izveidoti biznesa procesu piemēri, apstrādātie dati augšupielādēti darba portālā un, izmantojot to, paveikti datu analīze un monitorings. Darba struktūra iekļauj ievadu, četras nodaļas, noslēgumu, literatūras sarakstu un pielikumus.

The topic of this Master's dissertation is: “Airline company's business process modeling”. The dissertation is based on the records of one Latvian airline company, it consists of 88 pages of text, 36 pictures, 8 tables, 50 used sources, 1 supplement. In the dissertation are shown the research results of BizAgi Modeler and BizAgi Studio programs', three business processes of the airline company have been used as examples. Such possibilities of a program, like – modeling, composing of forms, data processing, resource allocation, have been explored. To sum up, the conclusions of the accomplished work were made. The examples of business processes were composed; processed data have been uploaded into the working portal, and with its help the analysis and monitoring of the data were made. The structure of the dissertation is presented with the introduction, 4 chapters, the conclusion, the list of the literature used and supplements.
