SIA „Prior Latvija” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „SIA „Prior Latvija” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums”. Tā mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata izpētīt uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības rezultātus un finansiālo stāvokli, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no sešām nodaļām, secinājumiem un pielikumiem. Darbā tiek dots uzņēmuma vispārējs raksturojums, aprakstīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti un gada pārskatu kvalitātes nozīme, veikta uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu un finanšu koeficientu analīze, uzņēmuma bankrota varbūtības analīze un izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Kopējais diplomdarba apjoms ir 85 lappuses, neskaitot 12 pielikumus. Tas satur 22 attēlus, 16 tabulas un 35 formulas. Diplomdarba izstrādei tika izmantoti 30 informācijas avoti, tai skaitā normatīvie akti, ekonomiskā un zinātniskā literatūra, elektroniskie resursi. The theme of this diploma paper is the “Evaluation of “Prior Latvia” Ltd economic activities”. The aim is to explore the results and financial position of the enterprise commercial activity based on theoretical and practical materials, as well as providing the proposals for economic development. Diploma paper consists of six chapters, conclusions and annexes. Research work gives general description of the enterprise, describes the theoretical aspects of financial analysis and the quality importance of the annual report. The author analysesthe enterprisesfinancial statementsand financial coefficients, the probable bankruptcy and develops the conclusions and suggestions.The total amount of the diploma paper is 85 pages, excluding 12 annexes. It contains 22 images, 16 tables and 35 formulas.
