Projekts Uzņēmuma SIA "Pansija Olderi" dibināšana

Abstract

Projekta mērķis ir atvērt ekskluzīvu veco ļaužu pansiju gleznainā vietā Ikšķiles novadā, Selēku ezera krastā ar kopējo ēkas platību 900 m2, dārzu 2 000 m2 un kopējām izmaksām 431 585,33 Ls, lai septiņu gadu laikā gūtu peļņu. Projekta globālais mērķis ir sociālās aprūpes jautājumu risināšana, nodrošinot izmitināšanas iespēju cilvēkiem, kuri sasniedzot pensijas vecumu ir guvuši augstu pārticības līmeni. Pansijas “Olderi” mērķauditorija ir Latvijas iedzīvotāji, kā arī ārzemju latvieši, kuri labprāt atgrieztos dzimtenē un mūža nogali pavadītu Latvijā, socializētos ar citiem līdzīga gadagājuma cilvēkiem, saņemtu savam statusam un katra individuālajām vajadzībām un veselības stāvoklim atbilstošus pakalpojumus. Īstenojot šo projektu, tiks izveidots pilnīgi jauns, uzlabots, augstas kvalitātes sociālās aprūpes pakalpojums.

The project’s goal is to open an exclusive boarding house for the elderly in the picturesque region Ikšķile, on the shore of lake Selēku with a total building area of 900 m2, garden 2 000 m2 and the total cost of 431 585.33 Ls in order to turn into profit after seven years. The project’s global objective is to provide social care for people who are at the retirement age have reached a high level of prosperity. Pansy "Olderi" target customers are Latvian citizens as well as foreign Latvians, who are willing to return home and spend the rest of their life in Latvia. People willing to socialize with other elderly people, willing to receive appropriate health services to their status and their individual needs. Implementation of this project will create an entirely new, advanced, high-quality social care service.
