Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Cilvēku potenciāls – galvenais attīstības faktors”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt cilvēka potenciāla nozīmi valsts ekonomiskā attīstībā, apskatīt Tautas attīstības pārskatu līderus un valstis, kuras ieņem pēdējās pozīcijas, apskatīt ekonomiskās krīzes laika ietekmi uz TAI (HDI) dažādās pasaules valstīs, aprēķināt un dot vērtējumu ТАI (HDI) 2008. un 2009. gadam, novērtēt Latvijas ekonomiskās krīzes ietekmi uz TAI (HDI). Diplomdarbā autors iekļauj tādas nodaļas kā: cilvēka potenciāla konceptuālie pamati, TAI (HDI) un Tautas attīstības pārskati, Tautas attīstības pārskatu līderu un reitinga pēdējo vietu valstu formulējums, Latvijas TAI (HDI). Šajā darbā autors pierādīja valsts ekonomiskās krīzes negatīvo ietekmi uz valsts TAI (HDI), kā arī aprēķināja TAI (HDI) pēc valsts statistikas datiem. The subject of this diploma paper is “Human potential as the main development factor”. The aim of the paper is to research the significance of human potential in State economic development, review the Human Development Report leaders and countries which take bottom positions, review the influence of the period of State economic crisis on HDI in various countries, calculate and give an estimation of HDI in 2008 and 2009 and evaluate the influence of the Latvian economic crisis period on the HDI. The diploma paper author includes such chapters as human potential conceptual basis. HDI and Human Development Reports, the definition of the Human Development Report leaders and rating of countries taking bottom positions, and Latvia’s HDI. In this paper the author demonstrates the negative influence of a period of economic crisis on HDI as well as calculating HDI according to State statistical data.
