Kreditoru parādu uzskaite un analīze SIA „PRIORITET”

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Kreditoru parādu uzskaite un analīze SIA „PRIORITET””. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt SIA „PRIORITET” kreditoru parādu un nodokļu uzskaiti, kā arī izanalizēt uzņēmuma kreditoru parādus laika posmā no 2009.gada līdz 2011.gadam, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus kreditoru parādu pārvaldības pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā. Maģistra darbā tiek apskatīti kreditoru saistību teorētiskie aspekti, tiek sniegts uzņēmuma SIA „PRIORITET” vispārējs raksturojums, izvērtētas uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības pozitīvās un negatīvās puses, kā arī raksturoti uzņēmuma kreditoru uzskaites konti, uzkrājumu un uzkrāto saistību veidošana un atliktā nodokļa aprēķināšanas kārtība. Darbā tāpat tiek veikta uzņēmuma SIA „PRIORITET” kreditoru parādu struktūras un dinamikas analīze laika posmā no 2009.gada līdz 2011.gadam, kā arī sniegts uzņēmuma maksātspējas novērtējums. Darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi kreditoru parādu pārvaldības uzlabošanai uzņēmumā SIA „PRIORITET”.

The following thesis topic is “Payables tracking and analysis in Prioritet Ltd.”. The aim of the thesis is to assess Prioritet Ltd. payables accounting requirements and analyze them in order to submit proposals in enterprise development. The thesis describes the theoretical aspects of the creditor obligations, the overview of the entity Prioritet Ltd., analyses the advantages and drawbacks of the economic activities of the enterprise, describes the registration accounts of the creditors and the procedure of auditing of the creditors debts. The study includes the analysis of the creditors’ debts structure and dynamics of the entity Prioritet Ltd. for the time period 2009-2011, as well the evaluation of the enterprise paying capacity. In the present work are described accounts payable in Prioritet Ltd., its entity, structure and legislation. In practical part of the work is represented accounts payable structural and dynamical analysis and are calculated turnover coefficients.
