Mikrouzņēmumu nodoklis Latvijā un ar tā ieviešanu saistītie problēmjautājumi

Abstract

Diplomdarbs izstrādāts grāmatvedības, analīzes un audita studiju programmas ietvaros. Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Mikrouzņēmumu nodoklis Latvijā un ar tā ieviešanu saistītie problēmjautājumi”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa ieviešanas rezultātus, analīzēt ar tā piemērošanu saistītas problēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās administrēšanas pilnveidošanai. Darbs ir aktuāls, jo pēc statistikas datiem, mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa maksātāja statusa iegūšana kļūst aizvien populārāka gan starp jau esošajiem, gan starp jaunizveidotiem uzņēmumiem. Bet uzņēmumu un iedzīvotāju informētība un izpratne par mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa maksātāja un mikrouzņēmuma darbinieka statusiem un mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa piemērošanas īpatnībām un problēmām ir neliela. The Diploma Paper has been developed within the framework of the study programme on accounting, analysis and audit. The title of the Diploma Paper is “Micro-enterprise Tax in Latvia and Challenges Related to its Implementation”. The aims of the Paper are to study the results of the implementation of micro-enterprise tax, to analyse the challenges associated with its enforcement, and to develop suggestions aimed at improving micro-enterprise tax administration. The Paper is topical as, according to statistical data, growing number of both existing and newly established enterprises apply for the status of the payer of micro-enterprise tax. However, the enterprises and general public have little awareness and knowledge regarding the status of micro-enterprise tax payer and micro-enterprise employee, as well as regarding the specifics and challenges associated with the enforcement of micro-enterprise tax.
