SIA „Transcom Worldwide Latvia” darbības rezultātu analīze un finansiālās stabilitātes nodrošināšana

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt SIA Transcom Worldwide Latvija saimnieciskās darbības finanšu analīzi, izpētīt kā jaunais pakalpojums ietekmēja SIA Transcom Worldwide Latvija un konkurējošo uzņēmumu SIA Lattelecom BPO finansiālo stabilitāti. Izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA Transcom Worldwide Latvija finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai un tālākai attīstībai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apkopoti finanšu analīzes teorētiskā daļa. Otrajā nodaļā ir raksturoti SIA Transcom Worldwide Latvija saimnieciski finansiālās darbības rezultāti. Trešajā nodaļā autore veica SIA Transcom Worldwide Latvija nozares analīzi un ar konkurējošo uzņēmumu SIA Lattelecom BPO par pēdējiem trim gadiem. Darba nobeigumā ir apkopoti secinājumi, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma finansiālās stabilitātes nodrošināšanai un tālākai attīstībai. The goal of the diploma thesis is to carry out the financial analysis of the economic activities of enterprise Transcom Worldwide Latvija and complete the exploration about how the new service impacted both enterprise Transcom Worldwide Latvija and the financial stability of telecommunications operator Lattelecom BPO, a rival of Transcom Worldwide Latvija. The objective is also to create proposals for the improvement of the financial condition of Transcom Worldwide Latvija and its further development. The graduation paper consists of three chapters: the first one focuses on the general theoretical aspects of the financial analysis, and the second chapter describes the results of the Transcom Worldwide Latvija’s business and the financial performance. The author worked out the industry’s analysis of both Transcom Worldwide Latvija and its competitor Lattelecom BPO in the third chapter, and the analysis covers the last three years.
