Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas komunikācijas analīze tās pārmaiņu periodā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā autore pētīja valsts iestādes Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas komunikāciju tās pārmaiņu peroidā. Autore pētīja zinātnisko literatūru par komunikācijas nozīmi publiskās pārvaldes saziņai ar sabiedrību un komunikācijas lomu pārmaiņu periodā. Pētījuma daļā analizēja Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas ārējo un iekšējo komunikāciju dažādos pārmaiņu perioda posmos, LNB komunikācijas politikas dokumentus veica bibliotēkas lietotāju un darbinieku aptaujas, intervijas ar komunikācijas ekspertiem, sniedza priekšlikumus LNB komunikācijas pilnveidošanai darbam jaunajā ēkā.

Maģistra darba mērķis bija analizēt Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas komunikācijas politiku pārmaiņu periodā un tās potenciālo ietekmi uz iekšējām un ārējām mērķa grupām.

Darba gaitā autore secināja, ka LNB nav izstrādāti konkrēti iekšējās un ārējās komunikācijas politikas dokumenti pārmaiņu laikam un darbam jaunajā ēkā.

In Master's dissertation the author studied the communication of the National Library of Latvia in its change period. The author has researched the scientific literature on the importance of the communication in public administration with society and the role of communication during the period of change. The research part analyzed the NLL's external and internal communication at different stages of the transformation period. The National Library of Latvia communication policy documents managed the surveys with library users and staff, interviews with experts in communication and presented proposals to improve the NLL communication in the new building.

The Master's thesis aim was to analyze the state authorities communication in the change period and identify the key issues in the institutions external and internal communication.

In the course of paper development the author concluded, that NLL's internal and external communication policy is not developed for the change period and the service in new NLL building.
