Abstract

Maģistra darba „Dzintaru koncertzāles kompleksa slēgtās zāles siltumapgādes projekta izstrāde un īstenošana” mērķis ir pielietojot attiecīgās projektu vadīšanas metodes un instrumentus, izstrādāt alternatīvu projekta priekšlikumu, kurā koncertzāles apkurei tiktu lietoti atjaunojamie enerģijas resursi. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīta Dzintaru koncertzāle, tās vēsture un ietekme uz kultūrtūrismu pilsētā, kā arī slēgtās zāles rekonstrukcija. Darba otrajā daļā tiek pētīta siltumapgāde un atjaunojamie dabas resursi. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek noteikta pamatproblēma, ka siltumapgādes trūkums Dzintaru koncertzālē veicina sezonalitātes ietekmi uz kultūras tūrismu Jūrmalā. Tiek piedāvātas un analizētas vairākas projekta alternatīvas problēmas risināšanai un galarezultātā sagatavots projekta priekšlikums labākajai alternatīvai. Darba ceturtajā nodaļā, pielietojot specifiskās projektu vadīšanas metodes un instrumentus, tiek sagatavota projekta rokasgrāmata izvēlētam labākajam projekta risinājumam. Darba noslēgumā ir veikti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi.

Darbā ietilpst 13 tabulas, 13 attēli, tas sastāv no 96 lappusēm, iekļaujot 33 pielikumus.

The objective of Master Thesis "The heating project developement and implementation for the covered hall of the Dzintari Concert Hall complex” is with using project development and management methods and instruments, to prepare alternative Project offer with using renewable energy sources for the concert hall heating. In the first chapter of Master Thesis there is research is being done about Dzintari concert hall, about its history and impact on the Jurmala city cultural tourism, as well as about closed halls reconstruction project. In the second chapter of Master Thesis – research about heat supply and the renewable natural resources. In the third chapter the fundamental problem has been determined, that the lack of heating in the Dzintari concert hall contributes to the effects of cultural tourism seasonality in the Jurmala. Several alternative solutions is being offered and evaluated to solve the main chosen problem and ultimately, the Project offer has been prepared for the best alternative. In the fourth chapter the project handbook has been prepared by using specific project development and management methods and instruments. In the final part - conclusions and proposals has been provided.

The Master Thesis holds 13 tables, 13 pictures and it consists of 95 pages, including 33 appendices.
