SIA "Transcom Worldwide Latvia" ekonomiski-finansiālā attīstība

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „SIA „Transcom Worldwide Latvia” ekonomiski – finansiālā attīstība”. Katrai kompānijai ir vitāli izvērtēt tās potenciālu un izaugsmes iespējas, ne mazāk svarīgi ir izpētīt ekonomiski – finansiālo stabilitāti mainīgajos ekonomiskajos apstākļos. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz SIA „TWWL” finanšu analīzi un vispārējo informāciju par kompāniju, izvērtēt kompānijas ekonomiski – finansiālo stāvokli, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus kompānijas tālākai izaugsmei. Lai veiksmīgi sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, tika veikti tādi uzdevumi kā AS „Transcom Worldwide” un SIA „TWWL” vēstures un saimnieciskās darbības apraksts, SIA „TWWL” finanšu rādītāju, apgrozījuma, peļņas un uzņēmuma nodokļu apraksts, uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa analīze (sākot ar 2010. gadu), kā arī uzņēmuma finansiāli – ekonomiskās attīstības iespēju noteikšana un izpēte, attīstības virzienu definēšana. Noslēdzoties pētījumam, darba autors ir secinājis, ka augstākminētais uzņēmums ieņem stabilu finansiālo pozīciju. Tāpat darba autors ir guvis atziņas un ieteikumus kompānijas veiksmīgai izaugsmei un attīstībai. Darbs iedalīts trīs sekojošās daļās – kompānijas vispārējais raksturojums, finanšu analīze un attīstības un izaugsmes iespējas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 61 lapām, iekļauj 2 attēlus, 4 tabulas, 16 diagrammas un 4 pielikumus. Darba izstrādei tika izmantoti 21 literatūras avoti.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is „Economically financial development of “Trancom Wordwide Latvia” Ltd”. It is vital for every company to evaluate its potencial and possibilities of development. Just as important is to research the economically financial stability in the everchanging economical conditions. The aim of this thesis is to assess the economically financial condition of „TWWL” Ltd. And to develop suggestions for further growth of the company. This will be done based on the financial analysis and general information of the aforementioned company. In order to successfully reach the aim of the bachelor thesis there have been done such tasks as description of history and economic activity for „Transcom Worldwide S.A.” and „TWWL” Ltd., description of „TWWL” Ltd. Financial indicators, turnover, profit and taxes, analysis of the company’s financial condition (starting with 2010) as well as research of company’s economically financial growth possibilities and defining of growth direction. Upon finishing the research the author of this work has come to a conclusion that the aforementioned company has a stable financial position. Moreover, the author has acquired acknowledgments and suggestions for successful growth and development of the company. The thesis has been constructed in three parts – the general overview of the company, the financial analysis and the possibilities for growth and development. The bachelor thesis consists of 61 pages, 2 pictures, 4 tables, 16 charts and 4 attachments. There were used 21 literary sources for this work.
