| dc.description.abstract | Sociālās aprūpes nozīmīgums mūsdienās ir kļuvis par aktuālu jautājumu. Sabiedrībā ar katru gadu kļūst ar vien vairāk iedzīvotāju, kuri novecojot vairs nespēj par sevi parūpēties. Ir daudz iedzīvotāju, kuriem nepieciešama sociālā aprūpe ikdienā, ir tādi, kuriem nepieciešama specifiska aprūpe, kā arī tādi, kuru kustības ir tik ierobežotas, ka tiem visa atlikusī dzīve jāpavada uz gultas. Šādi traucējumi cilvēkiem rada negatīvas emocijas, kuru rezultātā rodas depresijas, imunitātes problēmas un jautājums: „Kāpēc dzīvot?”. Mirklī, kad cilvēks vairs nespēj tikt ar sevi galā, tam nepieciešama aprūpe un individuāla pieeja, lai tiktu atgūts dzīvesprieks.
Šobrīd sociālā aprūpe valstī nav pašā augstākajā attīstības līmenī. Pašvaldību sociālās iestādes nespēj sniegt palīdzību visiem iedzīvotājiem, kuri to lūdz. Arī rindā gaida ļoti daudz iedzīvotāju, kuri vēlas saņemt sociālo aprūpi. Ņemot vērā apstākļus un nepietiekošu finansējumu, kāds pieejams pašvaldību un valsts sociālās aprūpes iestādēs, ir cilvēki, kuri vēlas un var atļauties dzīvošanu privātajos aprūpes centros. Taču šādas iespējas izmantošana rada problēmas, jo valstī ir tikai pāris privāto aprūpes centru, kuri sniedz šādus pakalpojumus, turklāt šiem aprūpes centriem izveidojušās rindas ar cilvēkiem, kuri vēlas tur dzīvot.
Projekta ietvaros tiks dibināts jauns uzņēmums Alūksnes, kurš sniegs ilgstošu sociālo aprūpi gan pensionāriem, gan grupu invalīdiem, gan virsdarbspējas vecuma iedzīvotājiem un atradīsies Alūksnes novada Jaunannas pagasta „Jaunzemgaļos”. Uzņēmuma nosaukums būs „Aprūpe Jaunzemgaļos” un tas vienlaicīgi spēs izmitināt 34 klientus. Autore uzskata, ka šāda uzņēmuma veidošana ir aktuāla, ņemot vērā šī brīža sociālās aprūpes stāvokli valstī, kā arī pieprasījumu pēc privātās aprūpes pakalpojumiem. Balstoties uz veikto analīzi, var secināt, ka, ir pieprasījums pēc šādiem pakalpojumiem, taču valsts un pašvaldību sociālās aprūpes institūcijas nespēj ar to tikt galā, kam pamatā ir nepietiekošs finansējuma apmērs. Pētot privātās aprūpes iestādes Latvijā, secināts, ka ir tika pāris šāda veida uzņēmumu, turklāt, lai saņemtu minēto uzņēmumu pakalpojumus, nepieciešams iestāties rindā, jo uzņēmumu vietas ir aizpildītas. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, the importance of social care has become very topical issue. The number of the people in the society that cannot take care of themselves reaching old age grows every year. There are many people who need social care on a daily basis; there are some who require specific care as well as those who are so limited in movement that they have to spend the rest of their lives in the bed. These kinds of problems induce negative emotions in people that result in depression and immune disorders and then a question rises, “What is the point of living?”. At the moment when someone cannot deal with their problems on their own, they need to be taken care of and given individual approach in order to regain the joy of life.
At present social care in Latvia is not at its highest development stage. The social institutions of municipalities cannot aid everyone who asks for help. Many inhabitants have to wait in line to receive social care. Considering the conditions and insufficient financing that is available at the local authorities and public social institutions, there are people who want and can afford living in private care centres. However, having this possibility can cause problems since there are only a few private care centres in the country that would provide such services; moreover, these care centres have the people who want to live there standing in lines.
During the project a new company will be founded that will provide long-term social care to pensioners, groups of persons with disabilities as well as resident of over working and it will be located in Alūksne province, Jaunannas municipality „Jaunzemgaļi”. The name of the company will be „Aprūpe Jaunzemgaļos” and it will be able to accommodate 34 clients at the same time. According to the author, creating such a company is a topical issue, considering the current level of social care in the country as well as the demand for private care services. Based on the analysis that was carried out, it is possible to conclude that there is a demand for these kinds of services; however the state and municipal social care institutions cannot deal with it, the reason for it being insufficient financing. Whilst researching private care institutions in Latvia, it is concluded that there are only a few companies of the kind; furthermore, to receive the services mentioned prior, it is necessary to wait in line since all the places in these companies are full. | en_US |
