Vides pārvaldība uzņēmējdarbībā: „Cemex” rūpnīcas piemērs
Abstract
Bakalaura darbā „Vides pārvaldība uzņēmējdarbībā: SIA „Cemex” rūpnīcas piemērs” tiek pētīta vides pārvaldība uzņēmējdarbības jomā, balstoties uz ilgtspējīgas attīstības dimensiju (dabas vide, sociāli ekonomiskā vide un uzņēmuma vide) mijiedarbību.
Pētījuma teorētiskā daļa sastāv no vides pārvaldības uzņēmējdarbībā ārvalstu un Latvijas pieredzes analīzes, starptautiska, nacionāla un lokāla līmeņa dokumentu un normatīvo aktu analīzes. Paralēli veiktajām analīzēm, tiek organizēts socioloģiskais pētījums, kurš veikts, pielietojot intervēšanas metodi.
Rezultātā, tiek izstrādāti vides pārvaldības uzņēmējdarbības attīstības priekšlikumi, balstoties uz SIA „Cemex” rūpnīcu. Priekšlikumi var tikt pielietoti pēc dabas, sociāli ekonomiskās, un uzņēmuma vides līdzīgās Latvijas pilsētu rūpnīcās, kuru darbība saistīta ar celtniecības materiālu ražošanu.

In the paper’s theoretical part is worked out analyzes of international and Latvian scientist literature, legislative (policy, laws and regulations) on the international’s, national’s and municipality’s levels. The social research part of the work consist form the interview.
As a result of the bachelor work, are worked out suggestions for the environmental management of business development on the basis of SIA “Cemex” factory. Suggestions can be used in the other factories in Latvia, which produce building materials and have the similar situation in the natural, socio – economic and business environments.
