Mikroartropodas faunas izmaiņas pēc meža izciršanas priežu mežā pie Mazsalacas

Abstract

Maģistra darba ietvaros ir apskatīti un analizēti dati par mikroartropodu faunas izmaiņām pēc meža izciršanas laika periodā no 2007. - 2012. gadam priežu lānā pie Mazsalacas. Pētījums tika veikts Mazsalacas monitoringa ietvaros vidēja vecuma mežaudzes parauglaukumā. Kopumā tika ievākti 100 augsnes paraugi, kuri pēc tam LU Bioloģijas institūtā tika ekstrahēti ar augsnes mezofaunas ekstrakcijas iekārtas palīdzību. Darbā apskatīta mikroartropodu bioloģija un ekoloģija, kā arī to ievākšanas un pētīšanas metodika. Iegūtajiem datiem veikta matemātiskā apstrāde un analīze ar MS Excel. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas aprakstiem. Darbā ir 22 attēli. Atslēgas vārdi: priežu meži, mikroartropodi, augsnes īpašības, kailcirte.

The aim of the study is a bioindicative assessment of changes in soil microarthropods fauna after logging. Research took place within monitoring stand in selected sample plot in boreal pine forest near Mazsalaca in period between 2007 – 2012. 100 soil samples were taken and then extracted with in LU Biology Institute on mesofauna soil extractor. The density and dynamic of soil microarthropods taxonomical groups was determined. Microarthopods biology and ecology, their colection and study methodics are also desripted in this bachelor paper. Mathematical processing and analysis of research data was done using MS Excel. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts descriptions, as well as contains 22 figures.
