Darbs sastāv no sekojošam daļām:
1. D. Oremas māszinību teorija pamatota pētījumā
2. Literatūras apraksts
Darba uzdevumi:
1.Savākt un izanalizēt literatūru par ūdens sāļu bilanci un par ķirurģisko pacientu aprūpi;
2.Izstrādāt aptaujas māsu zinašanu noskaidrošanai šajā joma;
3.Veikt māsu anketēšanu;
4.Apkopot pētījuma rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus.
Darba metodes. Darbs ar literatūru un kvantitatīva pētniecības metode – anketēšanu;

Anotation

Urgency of the topic. Human organism is caracterised by saline exchange. Water and salts are not sorces of energy but have an important role in numerous physiological processes. Amount of water in the organism of an adult reaches 65% of the body mass, in children it is about 80%. Water and non-organic salts make a basis of the internal medium of organism represented, for instance, by major components of blood plazma, lymph, and tissue fluid. Ensuring adequate saline balance and preparation of patients for operation gives an opportunity for diminishing the number of complication instances during operations and post-operation periods.
Knowledge of nurses about saline balance in the organism of surgical patients is exceptionally important, particularly in pre- and post - operation periods when this balance considerably changes. Proficiency is one of the means for nurses to adequately assess the situation and take confident and precise actions.
