Pacients kā pilnvērtīgs aprūpes komandas dalībnieks

Abstract

Autore izvēlējusies tēmu, kas ir aktuāla māsu darba procesā, nodrošinot pacientiem komandas darbā sniegto aprūpi, kur pacients ir pilnvērtīgs aprūpes komandas dalībnieks. Latvijā vēl nav veikti pētījumi par to, kāda vieta un loma aprūpes procesā ir atvēlēta pacientam. Svarīgi un nozīmīgi ir kā māsas vērtē pacientu aprūpes komandā un kā šo dalību uztver pats pacients. Darbā ir izvirzīts pētniecības mērķis – pamatojoties uz zinātniskajā literatūrā gūtajām atziņām, balstoties uz veikto pētījumu, izpētīt pacienta lomu aprūpes komandā un izstrādāt māsu aprūpes modeļa konceptuālās nostādnes, aprūpes procesa vadīšanas veidus komandas darbā. Māsas savā darbā ir sākušas pielietot komandas darba principus. Autore, veicot pētījumu, izvirzīja pētniecības jautājumus: 1.Kā pacients tiek iesaistīts un uztverts aprūpes komandā? 2.Kā pacients sevi uztver aprūpes komandā? 3.Ko māsas un pacienti uzskata par aprūpes komandu? 4.Cik liela ticamības pakāpe būs sniegtajām atbildēm? 5.Vai būs kādi papildus faktori, kas varētu ietekmēt pētījuma rezultātus (vide, ģimenes locekļi, saslimšanas īpatnības, personības īpatnības u.c.)? Pētījums ir veikts, pamatojoties uz iepriekš teorētiskajā pētījumā izstrādāto atklāsmes kā subjekta izziņas darbības modeli efektīvas aprūpes nodrošināšanā, kur pacients ir līdzvērtīgs aprūpes komandas dalībnieks. Jauniegūtais aprūpes modelis ir pieredzes pilnveide, kur iegūtais rezultāts ir jaunas zināšanas, pašpieredze un attieksmju maiņa. Pētījumā ir iesaistīti Latvijas X slimnīcas pacienti un māsas. Apkopotas un analizētas 15 pacientu intervijas un 15 māsu intervijas. Pielietota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode.

The author has chosen a subject, which is important in a nurse’s work process, by providing the patients with team-work care, in which the patient is a valued member of the team. No research in Latvia has been performed and found what place and role in the care process is attributed to the patient. It is important how nurses judge the patient in the care team and how the patient sees his participation in the team. The purpose of the paper is to research patient role in a care team based on scientific literature and performed research, and to develop conceptual model approaches of nurse care, as well as forms of care process leadership in team work. Nurses in their work have started to use team work principles. The author set the following questions prior to the research: 1. How are patients involved in the care team? 2. How does the patient see himself in the care team? 3. What do nurses and patients consider a care team to be? 4. What is the degree of credibility of the given answers? 5. Will there be any additional factors, which might affect the research results (environment, family members, illness peculiarities, character peculiarities etc.)? The research was done, based on insights developed through previous theoretical research on how subject cognition activity model ensure effective care, where the patient is an equal member of the care team. The new care model includes experience perfection, where the acquired result is new knowledge, self-experience and changes in attitude. The research includes patients and nurses from the X hospital. 15 patient and 15 nurse interviews have been summarized and analyzed. For this purposed the author used qualitative research method.
